A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required from new customers in order to secure your first reservation.  No suite will be held until the deposit has been received.  If your reservation is kept, the deposit will be applied to your final bill at checkout.  If your reservation is cancelled, the deposit will be retained as a credit which may be applied to a future reservation.
