  • Veterinarian receipt, email, or verbal confirmation
  • Pet supply receipt
  • Titer test results (up to 3 years after test)
*If we are unable to verify that all vaccinations are current, your reservation will be cancelled.

Rabies (1 or 3 years)
DHPP  or equivalent (1 or 3 years)
Bordetella (1 year)


Required Feline Vaccinations:
Rabies (1 or 3 years)
FVRCP or equivalent (1 or 3 years)
